as a retired physician, i have needed to talk with many persons about end of life. And then I cared for my husband for more than five years.

  1. I am working with end of lifers now and it is very hard work but equally enriching at the same time.

    • It’s been three years now and I am just beginning to feel lighter and more alive. He was worth it, but I hadn’t realized how much of my own health i was giving. Still love him, but awake to the sunshine again, as he would wish. Be well, my friend.
